FINALISTS IN THE TOP 10 NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC'S AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR AWARDS

Photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… It has little to do with the things you see & everything to do with the way you see them

Elliott Erwitt.

I love this quote as it articulates my own personal exploration of life through photography, encapsulating what it’s like to see the world through the eye of a lens. For as long as I can remember, I have been able to see beauty in the ordinary, often composing an image in my head before bringing it to life with the camera. As a child, I experimented with a simple ‘point and shoot’ film camera, and didn’t ‘splash out’ on an SRL camera until my early 20’s when I went on my big European backpacking adventure. From there I have never looked back, always planning my next adventure in search of the perfect image. Over the years I have amassed a huge collection of images. Rather than hide them away in old slide film boxes, or on my desk top computer, I set out to create this website to share my images for all to see and enjoy.
